Citrus Breakfast & Lunch

We went to try a new place for breakfast that we had not been to before. As soon as you walk in you notice the bright modern look. I had the soft shell crab benedict. It was very good. It tasted great. I really enjoyed the crab meat. I tried the parmesan tomatoes they were good but not worth the money for so simple a dish. The sweet potato biscuit was great. I have never had one before. The kids enjoyed the pancakes. I also had potato pancakes. they were excellent. I loved the green onions in them. I am big on scallions. We will be back. I want to try the citrus pancakes next time.

The melting pot

We went to the Virginia Beach location for a date night. We had a great time. It is a nice romantic place to have a night out. I could not see taking the kids. It is a nice slow paced meal with good food. I had the fondue delight it has a nice mix of seafood and meat. If you wish to go make a reservation. They are busy and fill fast. This is also a slow meal you will be there for a lot longer than a normal meal. This makes it nice to be able to socialize. We had the cheddar cheese fondue and they added bacon to it. For desert we had the flaming turtle . It was very good. We had a nice time and would go again.
